Return Policy
At Martin Dingman, materials and workmanship are completely guaranteed to our consumer's satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, it may be returned for a refund based on purchase price and original method of payment (taxes included if applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items being returned for any reason other than workmanship defects will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. A credit will be issued within 30 days. Items that show signs of wear may not be eligible for refund.

Please return all merchandise in the original box and note reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange or receive a refund.

Important Information On Footwear Returns:

Martin Dingman cannot accept footwear returns when the face of the shoe has been creased or the bottoms have been scuffed. To prevent this while checking the fit of your Martin Dingman shoes, make sure you are on carpet and don't test the fit by stepping off or walking.

When returning your item(s), please include the following:

  • Packing Slip (If packing slip is unavailable, please include a copy of our confirmation email.)
  • Name, Address, and Phone Number
  • Date of Order
  • E-mail Address
  • Reason for Return


Please send your return via UPS or Parcel Post. All packages must be prepaid and insured for your protection.

Gift Returns:
If you wish to return a product received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment; i.e., the credit card used for purchase of the item. When returning a gift, please provide the date of order, order number or purchaser name, address, and telephone number to assist in processing the return.
