If you are not completely satisfied with an item, it may be returned for a refund based on purchase price and original method of payment (taxes included if applicable). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Items being returned for any reason other than workmanship defects will need to be returned within 30 days of receipt. A credit will be issued within 30 days. Items that show signs of wear may not be eligible for refund.

Important Information On Footwear Returns:
Martin Dingman cannot accept footwear returns when the face of the shoe has been creased or the bottoms have been scuffed. To prevent this while checking the fit of your Martin Dingman shoes, make sure you are on carpet and don't test the fit by stepping off or walking.

If you wish to return a product received as a gift, the refund will go to the original form of payment; i.e., the credit card used for purchase of the item.
